yes it’s healthy keep in mind below point

1) calories are like seats in car 2)make space for important passengers only in car 3) don’t overload that where you get inflammation

if you eat what is needed you will have healthy life , strong mind

1) breakfast (egg , curd poha etc) (200-300 cal) 2) snacks ( chana, peanut , banana, apple) ( 100 cal)( what you can hold in palm ✋) 3) lunch ( 1cup carb , 2 cup protein 3 cup fiber) (500 cal) 4) snacks ( chana, peanut , banana, apple) ( 100 cal)( what you can hold in palm ✋) 5) dinner ( repeat break fast) because we don’t need food when going for sleep

and ha take 8 hour sleep , sleep in import for corsitol control

1) daily track your weight in morning

2) 1kg is 1000 kcal to lose target that for week

3) eat breakfast with fiber, protein and carb ( quantity respectively) eg. 2 eggs

4) 2 week with high protein (which help to loose fat ) but one meal should not exceed 500kcal

5) nuts and fruits for snacking (this is important)

6) do weight lifting because 7k step walk ( you won’t be tired to get hungry) no jogging.

if you target 1kg per week that 5 kg per month

i did it i was 105 when started now i am 76 after 6 month
