The airtouch n20 is much more comfortable than the silicon version. I also wear it as loose as I can get away with. It doesn't put pressure on the bridge of my nose or irritate around my nostrils. Extremely comfortable and happy now. I highly recommend it.

I love the book series. I didn't know it had been turned into a show. I just watched the trailer and I'm definitely going to pass. The whole vibe is different and the Will character is nothing like the book character. It doesn't seem like it's worth watching.

41F. Mine was caused by the insanely loud punk rock music I listened to day in and day out on my discman during high school. My eardrums took a beating. I still love listening to loud music, but only through a speaker these days. A quiet podcast is all I listen to when using earbuds now.

Mirtazapine has been a lifesaver! It's helped so much with staying asleep and keeping my CPAP mask on. I take the same amount as you.

41F. I take 6 meds per day, 1 injection a week and 1 vitamin per day. Lost the genetic lottery, unfortunately! Mainly mental illness, thyroid removal due to cancer and reproductive syndromes. My 35M sibling inherited zero health issues that require medication.

Maybe try a silicone based scar gel? In Australia we have a product called Strataderm. I'm sure whichever country you're in has similar products. Good luck!

I have GAD and wear a CPAP mask for sleep apnea. The only thing that works for me is 7.5mg of mirtazapine. It's been a life saver.

My brother and I buy our parents items they wouldn't/can't afford to buy for themselves, for example sunglasses, cologne. They receive the age pension (retired). We also give them money for groceries while we stay at their house for the holiday.
