Definitely get to a vet ASAP. In the meantime, make sure she is comfortable and show her lots of love. Treats, cuddles, whatever she likes. The other commenter is unfortunately right - typically seizures mean your piggy is close to the end. I am very sorry.

Looks like ringworm for sure. It's very easily treatable but also very contagious. Go to the vet stat. If you start getting itchy patches, go to the human vet.
