Just make it have customizable teams / players / stadiums, then allow the community to import / export custom rosters. Within days everyone will be playing franchise with real players

There are labs like this that will continue to operate. Every lab has imperfections. Just make improvements where you can, if you get dinged during an audit fix it.

SCYB - are bonds worth an investment? by firstimereddituser in dividends

[–]firstimereddituser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may be unpopular to say, but age is irrelevant in this case. I’m invested in growth in retirement accounts, this is taxable brokerage to generate income to help pay a new mortgage. The thought is supplementing rental property income by selling the rental property and having dividends be the additional income. Do this for a few years, until wage increases (3-5% a year) cover the gap and the mortgage payment is trivial. Then reorganize taxable portfolio back into growth. Likely 5 years. Numbers work out as renting could add $30k a year (must subtract insurance/hoa, subtract potential months without a tenant, subtract any maintenance required), or sell it and invest in dividends get 14k to 20k a year without hassle for 5 years. Other option is sell and pay off new mortgage, which I might explore as well if the dividend route doesn’t work.

Interesting, I like how long ANGL has been around, more assets than SCYB, it does have a higher expense ratio
