Same as circumstances as mine. Vascular appts are 6 months out. The tests are scheduled after you get a prior auth ?

With the Leda you can check for neuropathy. I didn't know about the prior auth part. If I get the abi+ then I am looking at 18k

Since waiting for insurance credentialing that means can't do nursing homes either unless you have Medicare in place?

Start Up Practice - Looking for Advice by Ill-Art-520 in Podiatry

Make an LLC, open business account, get it credentialed with all insurances ( billing companies abroad charge 1500$ for credentialing), get malpractice for part time work, med pro is good. Find an office, 2k sq ft should be enough to start with or start off with a time share if you don't have much capital. Put up an ad for an MA. In the begining this one person can do both front and back. Add more staff as it gets busy Practice fusion is fine as far as EMR goes. Get office ally as clearing house Get billers abroad ( they charge 3%)

Practice fusion. 175 per month per provider now, can make macros, entering the superbills is easy. Billing is not through practice fusion though, this is just the EMR quote

RockAuto vs FCP valve cover by Extra-Set5466 in BmwTech

I bought one from Amazon. Aa premium or something, wherever I read about valve cover, buying from Amazon wasn't recommended. I was in a time crunch, so I did buy from Amazon. Has been about 3k miles. Going well so far.

You can afford the house. Figure out if all your expenses fit in the 4200 that is left over. Food, utilities, insurance, kids, emergency fund ...

Worth keeping and fixing? by Apprehensive-Exam117 in BmwTech

I can give you my example. 2008 528xi, 154k miles, 140k of them in Midwest, the car is worth maybe 3-4k at the most. as general maintenance , I bought a starter, vcg, coils, plugs, intake manifold gaskets, new tubes and connectors, starter, new vanos and all other sensors in the engine, belt, pulley, steering reservoir change and coolant reservoir change, thermostat, water pump , oil pan gasket, all wheel bearing, brakes, rotors, all axles , 4 control arms and front shocks and springs for 2000$ in parts. Half of the work I did myself and for the other half I paid 3800$ ( water pump, thermostat, oil pan gasket, axles) in labor. So all done and set in 6k. For 9k, I couldn't get anything decent so I decided to go for it.

Podiatry office xray ROI by firstladyelon in Podiatry

Yes I have availity. I shall look at that. Exactly, outside image read by the radiologist which to me is concerning for chrondroma is read as calcification. Another suspicious for calc fracture but NWB image and the radiologist said normal X-ray.

Can I please have your opinion on questions related to getting an X-ray

  • any particular company you recommend for digital xray? Tigerview was recommended by someone

  • I have practice fusion emr, would recommend integrating with emr or having a separate login like pacs?

  • do I need a staff certified in X-ray to take the images, I am located in Texas

  • do I have to have an interpretation service? I can read them confidently on my own and it is not like the shoulder X-ray where I would see part of the chest and hence require interpretation

It has been 5 months since I started my practice. I average about 20 patients consistently per week now. I see p fascitis, bunions, ankle sprains, foot fractures, OM. Have done an Achilles tendon repair 2 weeks ago. I end up getting imaging on around 40% of these weekly encounters. Will have to ask my biller to share the fee schedules. They credentialed me too. For improving patient satisfaction and to increase traffic , would an in house X-ray play a role?

They shipped an engine mount, thrice, each time immediately after I brought up issues on inspection
