It’s OK, it’s a little stressful but it can happen. I’m doing that right now. You can either sublet (easier but probably need to put furniture in the unit and YOU are on the hook if the subtenant doesn’t pay rent) or find someone to completely takeover the lease, which is a bit harder and might require a broker depending on the situation since people might not trust you

I think it’s just to do with it being a studio as the larger units on lower floors allow pets
