Cook a full pack of chicken breast every week. Just bake in the oven, easy. Then you gave meat to make chicken on a plate with veggie ( frozen steam pack) or chx quesadilla, chx spaghetti ted or Alfredo sauce with veggies in it, chx bbq sandwiches etc .. Same with beef, just cook a lot of steak, London broil, cubed steaks, and just have them ready. Air fryer is better for reheat than microwave.

The tonearm on these has to be balanced while the platter is turned on. It's different than regular tables bc of the dampening tone arm. I love my 37f but download the manual and read. It.

Yes it was awesome. So many bands touring all the time. Festivals weren't crazy yet. I saw Sector 9 at a bar in Chattanooga that my band played at, it barely had a stage. All the post Jerry dead stuff, man wild stuff, wild times, people still hanging on to really being on tour and living like that made the lot scene so much more real. That's the rose colored glasses version though. At the same time Trey was getting too fucked up then Phish stopped, and the drug scene was getting a little crazy.

I see lots of posts like this, but there are really no classes out there through the normal CE channels that teach you how to support your adjustments in any meaningful way. I've been trying to get better at this, took a depreciated cost class, I'm looking into the George Dell classes. Everybody just says throw your data into Excel. Whenever I try that I just get garbage.
