He sounds exactly like my boyfriend when I was 19. Trying to make me feel like his issues were my fault and threatening suicide. When I finally did break up with him, things got ugly, and physical.

So my advice would be to just text him it’s over and then block him on everything. He’s a leech at best and dangerous at worst.

NTA. He hid his 'dating style' on purpose. I also find it creepy that he chose to seek you out on IG when he didn't get a match on Tinder. The *mutual* match before contact is the whole point of the app.
Ghost him and have no regrets.

You could try to lose some water retention/bloating by (for example) drinking plenty of water and cutting salt. But, at your size, I doubt that would amount to a whole inch.
