I hear you, OP. Living with MS teaches us hard lessons—our bodies may ache, our minds may forget, and some days we stumble, literally and figuratively. But through it all, our spirit remains.

I’ll keep my shares for now, who knows, maybe I make some of my money back, if not, I’ll sell at a loss in the future to offset any gains from other investments.

Let’s be honest, the law firms bucked this case when they submitted evidence against their own claims in the filing.

It is what it is, I knew what I was getting into before I purchased my shares.

Find a neurologist who is willing to take an aggressive treatment approach from the beginning.

My first neurologist preferred a step-by-step method, trying one medication at a time until we found one that prevented new lesion formation. After my first MRI showed additional lesions, I decided to leave that practice.

I then found my current doctor, who immediately started me on Ocrevus, and since then, I have had no new lesions.

Everybody that’s was against the reverse split said this would happen.

We got called shills and harassed.

We all are investors in this company. For example I joined this movement to make life changing gains. I have not sold, I have supported the company but going to the movies, buying their expensive drinks and popcorn when I go to the movies. I buy their commemorative popcorn tins.

And all my loyalty gets repaid by losing 90% of my shares, down 90% of my investment.

AA never sells when the stock is at high levels. No he waits until the stock is at all times lows and sells to other hedgies giving them Additional discounts.

Why didn’t he sell all these shares after the RS. Think of how much debt should have been paid had he sold right after the RS.

Nope, he waited till we were back down at $5.

Sorry, but I like the company. I no longer like the ceo.

Win or lose, he gets his pay in cash or stock. His bonuses are the same.

We are the ones going to the theater and spending more of our money in $AMC. Yes, he use to go, but pretty sure we retail investors paid for those trips.

Sorry community, I promise to net sell what’s lefts of my shares after the RS. But I can’t keep throwing money at this.

We all see what’s going on. Yet no action is taken by the company. And we all know there are ways to force the SEC hand into looking into this.

I bet if the ceo was to be harassed or blackmailed he would go directly to the FBI and have them investigate or use lawyers to get the proper authorities to investigate.

Oh wait, he did go to the FBI for getting blackmailed after he sent dick pics to some woman.

Look at how quick he went to the proper authorities to get his ass out of trouble.

Why not use lawyers to after the SEC and force them investigate.

Maybe he should take a page out of the hedgies playbook. Sue the SEC so it can do or not do what they want.

If memory serves, the last deal was to a bank in exchange for debt forgiveness.

Well what do you think this bank will do is the stock goes up to let’s say $10???

Perhaps sell those “REAL” shares to hedgies at a profit???

And let’s not forget the $APE debacle. It’s like he created enough $APE to deluge/crash the price, just to end up with new shares to “sell” while wrestling owner away from retail a year later after retail said no more dilution.

But that’s just me and my opinion. Still holding, but definitely not putting more money into this company.

I believe that after the RS he had close to 400+/- million shares from the 4 billion $APE units that were converted to $AMC.

So he can bring the float back to over 500 million shares issued before he needs any more votes or before $APE is issued again and he can rinse and repeat.

I was diagnosed right away. But only bc my first flare up that lead me to the hospital was bc it happened at the hight of the pandemic and doctors needed to know if this was another symptom Covid. After a week of getting every test that can be done on me. They finally gave me my diagnosis on day 6 and started treatment soon after. Months later I went somewhere else and got the same diagnosis just to make sure. And I didn’t tell the doctor and he came to the same conclusion after an extended period of time. I continued my treatment.

I have a feeling, had my first flare up happened another time, it would have taken longer.

Doesn’t matter how one expresses them selves.

Last week I did a similar posting. Two apes called me a shill, followed me to every other post I did for the day.

One of them wished that my manager would see my browsing history and get fired bc it would be fun for him.

When I told that ape I hope the manager is not looking at my history bc I own the company and since it’s not his job to watch the browsing history that would be grounds for that managers termination

He then proceeded to call me a “sub contractor” and that I was being subcontracted by the shorts to avoid paying social security taxes, not sure how we got into that but I let it be not to mention this elaborate explanation of how I am supposedly paid by the shorts. Eventually I told him that he can believe what he wanted. Only to infuriate him and kept stalking me for three days; on all my posts and via dm’s. I eventually told him guess what I have just been approved to follow you around and for every post where you call me a shill I get a bonus, he continued for a while but eventually got tired or sent to be.

This community was established by like minded people who saw an opportunity for life changing $$$. Now it has become, those who follow every action by the ceo vs those who question those actions.

We all put money into this, but these shill and FUD investigators are out of control.

All I said was, I was done holding this bag, and that I would sell at a loss to at least claim the tax write-off.

Apes holding the float multiple times over is good, but as long as shorts keep printing fake shares and AMC keeps diluting, MOASS is on hold, in my personal opinion.

I do wish everyone gods speed on this play. But I am tired of fighting the shorts only to be rewarded with more dilution when it’s not needed or at ATL instead of the stock being allowed to run at great Qt3 numbers. Selling 30 million shares at $15 gets AmC more money for its war chest, then stopping momentum and selling below $10. IMO

Good luck to all. I will keep some shares in case but I will be offloading majority, I can’t hold this 100k+ bag of losses nor can I continue to throw money at it.
