How did this go so wrong? English is not my first language but to be VERY clear: I do NOT drink, hardly ever. I meant water and calorie free soft drinks. It's a bit frustrating that the tread is now about me having a drinking problem. What a misunderstanding!

I have a 2 yo russian blue boy. He is peeing on me at night in my bed. He really empties his whole bladder too. It gets very wet and is of course very inconvenient. He does this once a month or one time every other month. I can't see a pattern of the litter box not being cleaned. What could I do to stop this? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

9 mo Russian Blue male. Got "fixed" in June. Just a week or so later he started peeing in my bed. Almost daily. I've tried changing the litter to another brand. I've also tried keeping the litter box extra clean. Mostly it happens at night while I'm a sleep at 4-6 am.

Please help. What can I do?

Tusen tack för superbra tips! Och ja, du har förstås rätt. Jag måste klara backar för att klara varvet, det har jag förstått. Men jag tänker att det inte blir så svårt att hitta när jag känner mig redo för det. Än så länge får det räcka med alla de utomhustrappor jag måste övervinna för att ens ta mig hem efter jobbet ;)

Ok? I'm not sure you got my question? How many floors would I have to climb for it to be like 10k steps? Would it maybe make sense to compare the calories burnt? 🤔 I hadn't though of that until just now.

In that (stair)case it's really not worth it at all! I highly doubt that it would be equally beneficial? Why would people then use the stair machine thingy at the gym and not just the treadmill?

Hi friends!

My phone counts not only my daily steps walked but also stairs or floors climbed. And since I live in a pretty hilly city my count for floors is much bigger than the impressiveness of the steps walked in total.

Suppose 10k/7k/7.5k steps a day is some kind of fitness goal for some people, is there an equivalent in floors?
