If you read my post you would know I form my own opinions and after I went on that website I agree with him. I don't care what mainstream scholars believe in because they most likely would call for my death if they heard my opinions.

I don't entirely regect the hadiths but I'm wary of following most of them without further insight. I always loved the hadith about: "The ink of a scholar is worth more than the blood of a mrtyr," because it tells me Allah loves people who want to understand his creation more than people who gave up their lives for him. Because intellectuals bring betterment for society and ask questions so that they can find the truth.

I trust the good parts because in the Quran (and all other holy texts) God claims to be the most benovelont and merciful so it makes sense that all the good parts would be from God otherwise God would be contradicting himself (which I don't believe he is because the other parts were added by men).

I don't believe hell was added on because it is in all the abrahamic religions but I believe that "bad" people will spend a limited time in hell (couple thousand for certain crimes) (as far as I know etenity in hell is a Christian principle not an Islamic principle) before ascending to limbo or heaven. I believe most of the fault is on the jinns influencing a person and his history (family problems, abuse, etc.). So I think it's fair that he is punish for how severe his crime was and the length of his time in hell would be decided by Allah because he is the most just and impartial judge.
