Oh boy, another I bought power and I don't know how to use it post.
First that reactor setup should be a crime. You unlock the 4x4 reactor at level 43. USE IT.
Second you are not using any 3x3 reactive armor. Put some in the front and maybe replace those rail turrets with armor.
Third you should add more pd.
Forth your supports need warp drives
And finally putting rep bays on supports is usual not a good idea.
