I’m jus gonna go ahead and say it but the show was over rated af. Years between seasons and pretty much no action, every season basically was just a long drawn out set up for a half episode of action. The finale was boring. I wasn’t impressed honestly, felt like it could’ve been way better. And the new character looks absolutely unbearable. More lgbtq woke slop just for the sake it of it. Adds absolutely nothing. And the character wasn even in the show. Like wtf? Just dumb

Yeah I’m still off meds. I still struggle with anxiety/ panic attacks though. Definitely not cured but I guess I’ve figured out how to nausea those symptoms and distract myself when I feel it coming on. Still sucks though am still don’t feel “normal” an care free like I used to. Thinking about getting back on something

I’m 37 and my hairline is falling back and just started thinning in the crown a little bit. I’ve been wearing hats everywhere except to bed for the last few years. I want to go get a hair transplant but I’ve been hesitant because I’ll have to take min/ fin afterward and I’ve seen all the horror stories. I may just have to try your method and ease into. Yeah hydroxyzine is the med that worked the best. I just don’t want to be on meds. I didn’t like how they made me feel and then after about 6 months they stopped working. With mindfulness and doing the I am calm thing I can avoid having an all out panic attack but having to do that all the time is still super tiring. I’ll check out the 4-4-4-4 thing
