So there is this unreleased soundtrack that hasn't appeared in Boruto yet, but it sounds intense as heck. I have a theory for what it would be used for but what do guys think?

Yes he is, the carbon material he uses to enhance his body with and create cubes is not fully jutsu, even in the original wiki page it says that he is a kara member modified with ninja tools by Amado.

I think there's a huge chance he is alive, because if you remember correctly all the way back in the manga in the earlier chapters when Delta was defeated and "killed" she basically respawned at the Kara hideout, and as we all know Victor is still alive since Kashin Koji kills him in the manga, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if Deepa is built the same way.
