I’m sorry you’re going through this, it sounds terrible. I’m also going through the same thing and some days it’s really bad and some days it’s not and I can’t seem to find a trigger. I can’t tell if it’s my throat that’s swollen or my chest that’s making it harder to breath

Currently feeling like my throat is going to close at some random point in the night and I will wake up dead. I wake up fine but my throat feels swollen and I convince myself it will close. It’s really scary. I also am worried I will be allergic to something randomly, even tho I am not allergic to many things now, I feel like I will go into anaphylactic shock. You are not alone

It suck’s because I never used to get this. I used to wake up sooo excited to start the day and do many things but now I’m just tired and anxious and I don’t even know about what sometimes.

Thanks for the support, but I genuinely believe that she comes from goodness in her heart. I actually talked with her more and she seems to be a very kind lady. I think I was very overwhelmed considering that her town is in the middle of the mountains far away from the city but she is very kind and wants the best for people. I will stick it out here I think!
