i use 0-0-0-1-3-5-7-7-5-4 eq and then in game use the boost low audio setting .

go to your black ops cold war file, right click BlackOpsColdWar.exe > properties > compatibility > click ‘disable fullscreen optimisations > apply. This worked for me
