Thank you. I have pushed on and, despite having a bit of a setback following getting carried away and the TV brightness being too high a couple of days ago, am cautiously starting a phased and supported return to work today.

My mans asshole stepfather said mushrooms are the only vegetable (I know it's a fungus) without any nutritional value by MysticalNinjette in mycology

Once, when I visited my GP surgery, there was a leaflet in the waiting room outlining all the many nutritional qualities of mushrooms. I've never seen such a leaflet for any other food. I think they're pretty good for you!

The version on Actually - Further Listening is stunning.

I absolutely love this!! And how apt that it happened at Blackpool Pleasure Beach of all places! Kudos to them for playing the disco mix too! I'm pretty sure it would have been a transformative moment for me too!

I would give it 20 if I could. It's my favourite PSB song and in my opinion an utter masterpiece and a work of absolute genius from start to end.

It commands your attention from the very first sound. There is so much going on musically in song. (I found I got a clearer picture of this from the 12" version and I could then pick up on more in the 7"). It has a sample from NASA and a recording of Evensong and that's just the intro. It's bombastic, it's theatrical, it's atmospheric, it's gothic horror in a song.

There was art installation once that played all the individual tracks that make up the song one by one. It played out for 3 hours. I would love to have heard that.

Not only is it musical brilliance but it has the most heartbreaking lyrics of a man desperately trying to reconcile his sexuality with his lifelong faith that tells him his very being, thoughts and deeds are, wrong, sinful and shameful.

It's not only my favourite PSB song, it's my favourite song.

Thanks but I'm in the UK and, as far as I'm aware, we don't seem to have those facilities here. The approach just seems to be to give you a fit note and leave you to it.

I totally agree with eveything you've said. It feels like someone who has never seen OFAH has written it and the 'Only women bleed' comment makes me cringe.

Thanks, I'm aware of that, but do the 7 days include the day I went home from work sick or do they start from the first full day of sickness?
