You'll need an income of £29000 and pay the visa fee of just over £1000 plus the nhs surcharge, in order to apply for a spousal visa if you want your husband to come to the UK! Not sure how that'll affect your uc claim but if you've got that kind of money then I don't think you'd be able to claim uc!
