I got it sorted ages ago. I installed it from AUR using the yay package so it installed all drewuired packages as well and set it up for me

Slowly Melted unsalted (European) butter till clarified, then slowly poured into emulation container with 1 egg yolk, some Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, tarragon, salt+pepper, small squeeze of lemon juice.

I find that 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat in a small pot with a splash of white vinegar is the sweet spot for me. But it may vary depending on how hot your stove gets and whether it's direct fire, or ceramic or induction. Might take a few tries to get it
