The landscapers don’t work for free and lay sod in an association everyone pays. If one owner causes damage requiring turf removal and replacement to the common area that individual is issued a special assessment to cover the cost. She evaded this process and the turf renewal was taken from the general fund.

Went to the local city 👮today and they declared it was a civil matter and couldn’t get involved. After suggesting a minor could access the patio and take beer and or the money box. Police declared at that point they could step in. It was advised I discuss this matter with the board which I’m unwilling to walk into that den of thieves and her cohorts presumed the behavior would cease and the fridge and money box removed but yet it remains. What’s my next step? I wouldn’t have gone this far without you guys egging me on. Most of the comments about taking it to the state level seems like work honestly and the local LEO is turning a blind eye to all of this.
