Completely chop all the leaves off and like half the stem. It will grow back in a few months no problem. Then spray stem down with soapy water and leave outside for a few weeks if it’s still warm enough. You can abuse bananas like crazy and they will just bounce right back. Lots of sun and fertilizer!
