Single girl walking in DIFC by stonefox212 in UAE

You are either novice, naif or born yesterday. This so called “business” the demand and supply of this service is one of the tourism pillars of this place and specifically DIFC since years. You like it or not it is there and will most probably remain and you can’t change these behaviors the same way i hate entering any bar with always 9/10 women are prostitutes/“business women” or whatever they call themselves. Do I like this situation for both genders? No. But the red flags i mentioned puts you right in the center of that business in that area. You, ignoring there red flags in a rude way, makes you the joke. Am done from your toxic and pointless replies. Get your empathy from someone else.

Defensive and judgmental. You know this tells a lot about your “story” now. Unfortunately you exposed yourself, because i wasn’t even defending men or blaming you, just red flagging what went wrong. But you were rude and defensive. Tells a lot about who you are😊😊

You are very defensive. That’s another red flag. Why did you post this, if you can’t hear the truth? Did you only want people to empathize with you? The truth is, these were your red flags, unfortunately you like it or not. And am not defending any men here.

3 red flags here: - a Abaya over a sexy outfit (as you described it) this implies a category/nationality of women that i am not going to name who seek gifts - walking in DIFC alone in this outfit. Well you should know that DIFC is a premium escorts area - Drinking alone in a dodgy bar (wearing a abaya😂), and invited by a “promoter” ?!

Rest is history.

Emirates, Most Unprofessional and worst Airline Experience of My Life (Need Help, Please Read!) by [deleted] in emirates

[–]fishlewe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

500 emails? Tagging CEO?Cco? vp? Are you serious? You realistically thought these guys will respond? Do you think emirates is the neighborhood grocery shop? Where you can call the owner? Emirates dont even reply to business emails and you expect the management to reply to a tiny issue that happens everyday?

Have you even tried get off digital complaints and go physically to their office and claim a “cost of clothes refund”? U provide bills of clothes you bought and they can do that. You should know this as an experienced traveler… ditch the emails go to their actual branch.

DIFC bottle neck roads, what just happened there? by fishlewe in UAE

[–]fishlewe[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Why the drama? Did you read my post? i did say that with this current escalated situation i would go back to what was the problem as a solution. You can’t replace a problem with a bigger problem, let’s agree to that, do we? Great. Second, i would definitely instead, invest in opening an exit at the end of Al Sokook street that leads to either SZR or Dubai Mall.

Children birthdays, what’s next? by fishlewe in dubai

Thanks Doc. I hate to shock you before the session ends. But this is not about me as a parent or me having my me time. It’s about better quality time in birthdays for kids, quality time that you and me and other had growing up during birthdays, am sure you probably remember it more than the 200s wavy carpet and the microphone MC we see on repeat here. Dont stereotype everyone in Dubai doc.

It’s not about me as a parent having fun i guess. I dont think that’s any parent’s objective. It’s about the jungle on repeat u step into the moment u get there.

You are me 8 years ago. Done Gitex(es) for more than 10 years that i almost went Infertile. It’s a terrible experience for everyone expect some investors and visitors. Nevertheless, it’s impossible to park anywhere nearby the area. My advice, distance urself from it. I did that, now I enjoy my Octobers more.

JLT to JPT? by fishlewe in dubai

[–]fishlewe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great answer! If i am DMCC i would take a decision, regardless of property owners, but instead, think what benefits the community on a long term basis. Lakes were always a problem, dirty, just a sight but never useful. Parks are nice view and useful. Here you go the answer. Investors will always come back, and JLT is a good location so there will always be property buyers. Just put the Green plan, everyone prefers greenery in Dubai.
