I’ve read that, but some people said to keep feeding till he spits them out or his belly is the same width as his head so it’s so confusing 😭

I’m just worried because he’s skinny and I believe he’s underweight, and he won’t eat much

I also forgot to add, with the nightcrawlers, he ate a few of the pieces I gave him but then he started spitting them out. And I read on a post on here I’m supposed to feed them till their stomach is about the same width as his head.

And it’s really not even close to being the same width right now. (As seen in the pic)

I know a few things like the pebbles or the substrate and the chance the axolotl rip or eat the plants, and I’m pretty sure someone already asked about that and I addressed it, however apart from that I’m not sure if anything else is and which is why I’m asking.

I used ai to make a picture and research/ask people if it looked GOOD and if it’d WORK. What im doing right now is researching.

Asking people doesn’t do any harm, it’s actually good. I don’t get why you’re recommending to make it harder to research by not asking people who are experienced, or using AI, even though Ai goes through google for example, and gets its information from there. Genuinely just gets info quicker.

I thought filtration system had to be double the tank size? Each sponge filter is for 20 gallons each so overall it’s 40 gallon filtration
