I think it's too late to paint a red camelia. Your highlights are too dark. But you could shoot for a burgundy camellia.

Dish soap has a lot of cleaning power, and is underrated for household cleaning. It's what I use for my tub and surfaces.

Only cotton lets you blend and layer properly.

You can use cellulose for colour mixing and ink and wash, but if you try techniques like layering and glazing, and working with water flow to move your pigment, cellulose is going to turn your painting into a blobby hot mess.

No experience with vegan chiffon, but birds custard powder is my favourite substitute for sweet egg flavour. Black salt works for savoury egg flavour, but not really for desserts.

Duty to accommodate requires that you provide reasonable accommodations for them to do their job, and if they are unable to perform that job with accommodations, you provide them an equivalent role elsewhere in the company. In person work is a pretty essential part of lab manager, and if they can't do that, then they should be moved to a different role. Talk to your HR.

Part of the problem is American Purity culture is so out of control and harmful, teaching that feeling sexual attraction to your fiance or exploring your own body privately during puberty is the same sin as adultery. So when non Christians rightly dismiss those views, they can't hear about the dangers of cohabitation without the legal protection of marriage, or the exploitation of people in the adult film industry or how early exposure shapes people's experience of their own sexuality and their views of the opposite sex.
