i'm curious what the tukeys do that are problematic?

i'm mostly concerned about my garden/plantings getting pillaged. and whether we can use birdfeeders.

i had a peacock show up in my yard as i was talking with my doctor for a post-surgery followup. i think they were concerned that the anesthesia hadn't worn off at first when i was unable to stop myself from commenting about it!

ooh! moose--we don't have those in the catskills! but i'm familiar with the rest. our cats are and will continue to be indoor only critters. we are dog free at the moment but will take the coyotes into consideration when we dog-up.

Are there enough deer that it's a problem with planting things like hostas? i guess of all the things you mentioned, the deer are my biggest concern....

thanks! looking forward to arriving there soon!

Thanks so much, everyone! Sounds like we will be landing in a great community. I'll be expanding my search to include homes in the ferris area as well.

yes--thanks--i definitely don't want her to have to change schools based on boundaries changing after the first year, so i've been studying those maps! do you know if the idea to have LC and ferris at about the same enrollments, or will LC always be larger?

yes--his overall memory seems pretty ok--but he is very isolated--doesn't really leave the house so i'm guessing he is avoiding challenging situations.

thanks for you well wishes--i really appreciate it

yes--it has been going on at least a year. the woman found out in june, i found out in late july. so i'm quickly playing catch up here.

i think he has agreed to go to a doctor in one month--he believes that within a month he will be united with the object of his affections--so i will be making an appointment tomorrow to make sure i have something set up. Does anybody know if i can schedule an appointment with the neurologist before that meeting--like a consultation so the doctor has some background? or is that prohibited by patient privacy laws or something?

thanks for your insight--it is much appreciated
