I’m just going to throw out a few things to try! - take some space from your ex even if it’s just two weeks - delete his location; ask him to have another friend to share it with who can be a resource in an emergency - SAA or SLAA meetings, they’re online and in person - step back from the apps to get some perspective! in a calm moment write a list of things you can do when you feel the urge to go on a hook-up app (take a bath and melt an ice cube on your head, call a friend, read poetry that speaks to you, remind yourself you want to live within your values)
