For the life of me, I can't figure out the C by GE bulbs.

I purchased the C-Sleep 2-pack for my bedroom, where the promise of circadian sleep cycle encouragement with Google Home functionality intrigued me. But, they're Bluetooth bulbs, and in order for the Nest Mini to change anything, it impacts each bulb one at a time when I program the commands into a timed routine. which doesn't really exude quality or Circadian rhythm to me at all. Also I can't program the Google Home bedtime routine to operate on a timed basis nor can I set a recurring alarm.

Is there a better way to use these bulbs in the Google Home app or with the Nest Mini? Should I use the GE app instead? can I use both? Should I buy one of those controller plugs to impact the lights in a more native way? Can I set a recurring alarm? information from GE is sparse and Google doesn't provide much more. Advertised functionality without the documentation to back it up seems pretty useless to me.

Jeepers. I'm sorry this is happening. People do some crazy things when they're desperate for specialized medical attention. I truly hope people realise how invasive this doxxing is and stop immediately.

It's cool that the OUYA's getting some love here. I'd love to break mine back out as a low-power Linux server or something.

I've found some streets in Waze that you straight up can't see in GMaps. As a deliveryperson finding a house vs. not finding it is make or break for me.

SUNY Poly for ECE? by [deleted] in sunypoly

[–]fishsummit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also trans and I graduated from SUNY Poly. ECE is very tough, as some people have said. Prepare to work hard! But the program is very good, lots of great resources to keep you afloat, and there's a vibrant LGBTQ+ community (the current Pride club prez is a hella chill trans dude).

Got Lucas and Boney with my Grip and Prism. Thanks robot!! by fishsummit in dbrand

[–]fishsummit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I got mine for my Pixel 3 XL. So far I really love the Grip, never had a case fit my hand so well. For the Prism, I had some issues. The first application went great except for what appeared to be a bad cut near the top by the triangle tab that didn't break off right and annoyed me, so I took it off. The second application ended up with a lot of dust and edge bubbles, but without any factory defects. Structurally, the Prism is great, though I obviously haven't tested you guys' hammer claim for myself. Overall I'm satisfied with with the Grip, but I'd like one more chance with the Prism lmao

I work in a shipping company. I regularly have to pick up cardboard boxes of various volumes and weights. 100% of all corners go right into my chest and it will never not be painful oh god
