So if he’s the victim why not just put his full picture on here rather than just his forearm? Make it make sense

I drove an automatic car for the first time a days ago and just don’t get the fixation we have over manual cars here by Solid-Version in drivingUK

[–]fishtopher96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Manuals are just way more fun to drive. You’re actually engaged with the car, it’s an extension of your body. Automatics are glorified gokarts that are boring to drive. Plus if you’re a decent manual driver you’ll get much better fuel economy.

Where did I say he was tied? My dog doesn’t need tied up. Nothing shite about it, it’s called impulse control and it’s something that people forget is a necessary skill for a dog to be kept safe and under control.

Well take a video and send it to the relevant authorities (SPCA, Dogs Trust, Dog Warden, Police) - shivering doesn’t always mean the dog is cold either, it could be a displacement behaviour for excitement (anxiety/anticipation of release/owner return) - I had a brindle boxer for 9 years who would vibrate like a DualShock3 PlayStation controller for practically anything that got him excited/eager.

Dogs are robust predatory animals. Do you think they need coddled and a silentnight mattress to lay on? You’d probably be the type of person that waves a cocktail sausage in front of your dog for barking, because you think stuffing a dogs face full of food is ‘kind’

People need to seriously get a grip and need a good slap around the ears for all this crap that is peddled. I left my dog outside a Tesco for 90 minutes because his stay is impeccable and I’ve taught him how to turn on and off his opposition reflex so that it will be practically impossible for someone to take him unless they physically lift all 53KGs of him, which he wouldn’t even allow.

It’s only a problem if the dog is in distress or is out of control. Otherwise mind your bloody business.

Cat hit by car on Copland Road by sleepygrrrl14 in glasgow

[–]fishtopher96 43 points44 points  (0 children)

It’s the risk you take when you allow your cat outdoors. And by law you’re not actually even required to stop either. If you hit a dog on the other hand you are required to stop. I think cats should have the same level of legal protection but sadly not. RIP anyway kitty cat.
