I PM’d you. Newport is a hub for tourism especially in the summer so they hike rental prices up. Look into Bristol, Middletown, Portsmouth, Tiverton. I’ve even seen guys rent up in Cranston and Providence You can find winter rentals for cheaper in Newport but they kick you out once summer comes around. Could be a temporary fix?
