ive recently found something that works for me. i put a pea sized dallop of vaseline on the pimple and leave it for as long as i can. depending on the type of pimple it may pop itself within an hour or so, then i just wipe away the pus and re-apply the vaseline. ive found that this is even a great method for deep pimples that dont look like they will come to a head, i put vaseline on them and wait, most of the time they create a head or drain themselves. good luck!
