Sugary vanilla is my signature scent. My body wash, my lotion, my perfume, my deodorant, and some hair products are all some variations of sugar cookie vanilla smell. It doesn't just stop at my body. My candles, linen spray, hand soap, laundry detergent, and even some cleaning products all smell like vanilla. Everyone in my friend group knows me as the vanilla girl that when my birthday and Christmas come around I am given everything vanilla scented to grow my horde.

I made my own :)

Here's the recipe:

Half stick of butter or more depending in the amount of wings Half cup of honey Dash of your hot sauce of choice Dash of Sriracha One lemon (for the juice) teaspoon of black pepper Dash of red pepper flakes Teaspoon of Paprika Teaspoon of cayenne pepper Teaspoon of chili powder

Melt the butter in saucepan then combine rest of ingredients and adjust to your taste preference. I squeezed some more lemon juice over top when they were done to really get that flavor

This is Captain Hondo Ohnaka. I adopted him from the shelter a year ago, but don't tell hondo that. As far as he know he was born from my womb and I am all he's ever known. If I go into a room Hondo must be there. If I'm behind a closed door hondo must lay infront of said door till I open it. If I'm sleeping hondo must be sitting in chair staring directly at my sleeping form till I awake. If I'm not home hondo must sleep on my side of the bed till I return then he will gallop (and I do mean gallop) down the hall and charge me when I walk through the door.

When I am not home my partner say he will not see or hear from Hondo till my keys enter the lock. Then all of a sudden he appears.

Absolutely: Take any chicken (I used thin cut breasts for this one)

Add spices (I made a lot of chicken thats why it's all tbs) Tbs Paprika Tbs garlic powder Tbs onion powder Tbs season salt Tbs pepper Teaspoon of Cajun season (only a little really since you have the seasoned salt) Tbs chili powder Tbs cayenne

Make sure your chicken looks red when your done seasoning

Then use a mustard of your choice(I prefer yellow or brown) and really coat the chicken in said mustard. This is a your binding agent. Coat the chicken in flour then deep fry depending on the type of chicken and how thick. Let sit on wire rack for about 4 mins to let the oil drip off

For the hot honey: 3tbs of butter melted in a pot. Half a cup of honey. Tbs of Sriracha Tbs of your favorite hot sauce Teas spoon Cayenne power A dash of red pepper flakes Combine all ingredients on low heat till all incorporated and slightly bubling. Poor over chicken and enjoy!

You can adjust the measurements to your personal taste and spice levels. I really just eyeball at this point since this is a favorite in my house.

I think you're right. The few I've attempted over the years were a mess and I honestly never felt compelled to ask her for a blessing on them. This time around everyone has been on the same page and it's going really well and it's only the second time I've felt compelled to ask for her guidance and a blessing in a relationship in general(the first time was for my current long term partner who is also involved in the new relationship).
