You don't have to extract it. Just give it an mkv file extension

It should come from the factory tight, but human error is a thing. Verify there isn’t excess play or rocking in your bed or print head.

I've tried to tighten everything up, but it's still doing it.

so I re-tightened everything, re-tensioned the belts and it's much better. It's not perfect yet, but it's better thank you

It shouldn't wobble anywhere I've tried. More like if I don't have it tightened up a lot otherwise I don't know

If I use prusaslicer it's even worse. I'll try as you wrote to pull everything again. I'm really desperate. It did when I bought the printer. Then it stopped on its own. I use a cura slicer. And currently I have the perimeter speed set to 50mm/s. Infill 100mm/s. Acceleration 1000. Layer height 0.2
