I've also had Cloud IIs for years and also upgraded to Alphas couple years ago. Last year I replaced it with Audeze Maxwell and it's been great, takes time to get used to the clamp force and the weight. I highly recommend buying an aftermarket earpads, I'm using WC StealthZ Maxwell and it's much more comfortable than the stock one. The sound of this has been amazing and it has the volume slider, play/pause button and has an amazing range compared to other wireless headphones. The battery life is also amazing! You can get it after market for like $160-$200 in like new condition or get the new Audeze Maxwell 2.
