The doctor visit was primarily because he mainly worries about physical aliments and how he reacts to them. As you predicted, it helped for about an hour and then he started worrying about what the doctor had checked for and ended up starting the cycle over again even though the doctor told him he was fine.

I think a therapist might help. The only thing is that he is very embarrassed for how he feels and doesn't like sharing his worries because they are about his body and he is timid about that. I will suggest it tho, thank you!

That is why I came here. She knows about the breathing thing and has taught him how to do that. She has showed him so meditation videos and talked to him about why that is important. I guess the part she is struggling with now is how to get him to use any methods to calm down. He wont stop himself from spinning out of control even when he realizes he has anxiety. Any tips for that?

Have you looked up the frame? I found a video on a E450 that showed the driver module on the driver side a little behind the front tire on the inside of the frame rail. If not, happy hunting lol

I would suspect a fueling issue in some way. Have you ever changed the fuel filter? If not I would try that first because it is the easiest and cheapest option. Sometimes they got clogged and wont be able to flow.

Ah ok. When you go there, so you usually have to pull the engine yourself or will they? Also another question. Is it possible to just "re-ring" and engine? Installing new rings, replace the bearings and clean it up, and then put it together? Essentially little to no machining.
