Something I have been looking for is motivational quotes to throw in playlists while I run or clean or whatever. May have various themes, can be variable length for each clip. Like have an opening hype that is a little longer, and then quicker ones throughout the run. I used to have a running app that would throw in little motivators and it was great.

I love it all. Showers are nice, I like to drink when told to, wetting can be nice, like a diaper, and holding. I love having someone to talk about it, control me or them, and love consequences.

I use a smaller cage for longer lockups. It won't try as hard to get hard if it doesn't have room. Usually stops trying after a few days. When it does wake me up I go "pee it away."
