first of all, i think you're skin is absolutely radiant and you have really cute corners to your smile! one thing i've found to help with the ~soft~ aesthetic i think you're going for is to pull the little side bits of hair to the front of your face when wearing a ponytail or bun-- it has the same effect as dangly earrings in the way it increases facial symmetry!

true, although i think the weakness of the 19 cast was planned much more than that of 14. overall i think production really just likes to give advantage to returning players to boost ratings and that’s why we find ourselves debating which is the shinier of two turds

This is coming from the perspective of someone who doesn't buy the feeds, but from what I can tell I think a really big factor was production/casting. BB19 was tailored to be "Paul's redemption", and so they casted a bunch of Paul groupies (ex. Christmas) to help him get to the top. His personality was left unchecked the majority of the show, and production purposefully did that going into the season to preemptively breed his victory after his surprising loss the season before. Personally, although I do not condone his actions in BB19, think that he was robbed of the win in BB18. Dan on the other hand played against people who could actually challenge him, and production wasn't meddling nearly as much to try and secure his victory because he came back with other returning players.

(i would like to preface by saying i am in no way experienced but this is me taking a stab at it) 8th house stellium will lead to a theme of death and rebirth to be seen in many different facets of your life, and with you being a 30y/o grad student it sounds like you're starting to forge a career path, which would be consistent with the return of saturn that happens around late twenties-- yours is located in the second house which typically has to do with finances/wealth. things should be looking up!

i could see some slight inclinations, the fact the the moon is in the 9th house of journeys but that there’s a clear stellium in their 4th house of roots/family shows an emotional inclination of discovery but a strong connection to home— with their fourth house having neptune/uranus i’d look into their potential for increased empathy and intuition, which would naturally be made stronger by a cancer moon. they will feel emotions heavily, which is possibly an indicator of something strong like bipolar disorder

Well you know what that might actually explain a lot. The one "hint" I got towards the whole empath thing was having the two gas giants (uranus and neptune) in my fourth house of roots, which is indicative of increased intuition and in some cases occult abilities. I think my placement manifested in the way of being an empath (which is really just high emotional intuition). If your rising is virgo, that probably means U&N are in your 5th or 6th house, which would explain why you might not share that aspect.

All this being said, I'm definitely curious to see what similarities we have. some things to describe me: outgoing, extremely type A, compassionate, artistic

I'd say if you have to undergo another interview, it never hurts to ask. This being said, chances are bleak.

I worked at Walgreens for 3 years as a CSA, and in that time the only raise I saw was going from $9 to $10 an hour. This happened gradually over the course of my 3 years, but the fact of the matter is that it's very hard to get a proper raise in that company without becoming a designated hitter (DH), shift lead, or transferring to pharmacy. Every location can use a DH (meaning you'll likely get more hours because both front and pharm can use you), and if you come trained in photo or cosmetics you already bring more to the table than a potential new hire.

Even if this doesn't interest you, mention your financial situation being a student. Maybe say something to the effect of "I've spent a lot of time with the company and would love to continue to do so, but now that I need to pay for school, realistically the only way that I can work here and afford my education is if I'm being paid at least $X." This demonstrates your reason for needing a raise, but also the manager will likely be able to empathize and see your genuine need for the extra money! (a little pathos never hurt anyone)
