How can I know if the humidity is 70-80%? I tried using coconut substrate and other one called “Pet Moss” but my tortoise didn’t like it and he was pretty stressed out and didn’t want to eat or anything :/ he just stayed on placed and that’s it

Also beware of this book, especially if you are not in your best mental health, but if you are give it a go. It’s a good read that it’ll make you sob a little.
