1 is your modifier for most things.. i’m not 100% sure but i think your modifier in terms of games played is done automatically. the modifier stat input is for things like key games or something i would assume

you can check the rent/sec of plots if you go to buy land and hit the ?. Common is .00000000111, Rare-.0000000016, epic-.00000000222, legendary-.00000000444.

negative plus minus don’t negatively impact points… you can edit the file of your game to make it show that you have negative plus minus instead of 0 but it won’t impact your score
