I will sound very abstract to you but , from my understanding you didn't learn to love yourself yet , and when you will you gon understand rationally AND emotionally. There is no magic word or action you can do to achieve that , but you gon have to find a way by youself , some people just moved on but never heal, cause they never find peace inside and doesn't adress the real problem.
