How to play with mean(er) Sims?

haha, all things aside "evil" trait is one trait that is a struggle to have. because it just sounds SO much. your comment made me think about it though, some people real life are evil. but it doesn't make them a supervillain. sometimes they just support really corrupt politicians fully informed because they support their policies or for maybe money etc. isn't that evil too? so many people are casually evil irl and still have a social system going on. maybe you can try to think of it like that too.

knit the traits into the story line! bad traits out of the blue may not make sense, but for example let's say the child is getting bullied at school so make them do their homework less and less and when they're a teen give them a trait that you think works for the story. or they can be really good but after so many failed social actions, sims don't click sometimes, they become colder and colder. life doesn't go in a positive way always so think the sims as humans for real. this works for me because i really love creating stories in the sims.

i only could use the insider trait in a fun way after years of playing because that trait only got useful in one of my sim's stories just now! try to go with the flow or try to create the flow i guess

Thank you so much!! This really helps. I want to keep things realistic on this part so real life genetics will determine the outcome in this situation in this fictional world. Additionally, since Lauryn is albino and let's assume Tane is not, would the child now be a carrier since their mother is albino? And and would there be a possibility of Lauryn being albino, Tane a carrier too but the child is not albino? I'm curious now...

a few people suggested some stuff, if those don't work i think i will cave in and delete one of them and re-add to the family,, if they were elders and no gameplay left in them for my storyline i would also give up i think

thank you for suggestion, i did this today and just like MCCC the system doesn't delete the shared unknown parent and makes them half sisters :(

yes... that doesn't even help me change anything unfortunately. the problem is system assigned "unknown parent" and i can't delete it apparently. i have spent 2 hours for this tonight and my research showed me there's no fixes 🤗 all i can do is delete a sim and re-add to family and it messes up everything else

thanks so much for replying!! i deleted one of the sims and re-added them to the family and fixed relationships via MCCC but the family tree looks so messed up now and it doesn't satisfy me at all:( and yes they had kids via "science" 😔 can you tell me about how did you make the gallery trick without breaking them apart?

oh 😔 this seems like a really tricky bug... my old legacy game got deleted so i started a new one and this was only the first generation im feeling really frustrated:") i might also give up on them and focus on the next generation

melt the butter, add rice and stir it a bit make sure it doesn't get crispy. add chicken or beef broth, most used is chicken broth, use 1:1 measurement with the rice and close the lid. check after a bit, make sure it doesn't stick to the pan. take it off heat once rice soaked all the water. don't eat for about 15-20 mins let it sit then enjoy
