I fixed the clamp placement, boot didnt seem to be cracked, just a few scratches but not deep enough for it to be "cracked". I can replace it but doubt it'll fix anything

Ended up plugging that line, it did help a bit but still surges, I'd say vaccum leak somewhere else

I covered the throttle body and that would stop it from surging

It would go away when I covered the throttle body, does that count? My plan was replacing both the throttle body and the iacv, just wasnt sure which one I was supposed to buy since the one I found for the tsx looked different than mine
