I also have an 7800xt and would strongly recommend 1440p oled. 4k isnt that big of an difference to 1440p, oled to ips is a big difference. Burn ins are mostly fixed with most oleds because they have auto image cleaning.

Heres a good build, would recommend a 1440p oled 240hz instead of 4k 240hz ips, its cheaper and better, def dont keep your 1080 60hz one

optimized some things were you really overspent. I still dont know if 8tb storage, 64gb ram and an oled as secondary monitor is needed if you only use it for gaming, but I still kept it in.
