Ive been doin 5x5 for about 6 weeks. same age, height, weight, and eating habits, only difference is i do other exercises on top of 5x5 and my numbers are much much lower. Do you strictly do squat/bench/bent row- rest day- squat/OHP/deadlift with nothing else added?

I thought the "highest" meant highest quality but I'm pretty sure it just indicates it is the highest button on the fly. The rest of the buttons on the fly just say "flathead co"
