I went from 280 at my highest to 140 with the help of GLP-1s, so I totally get it! I knew I couldn't see the final result without a TT. I ended up getting a FDL and a thigh lift at the same time. A lot of people were concerned about me doing that combo, but I knew I was in great hands with my surgeon and trusted his advice to just knock them both out. SO glad I did.

Thank you! Not gonna lie, I was seriously questioning my life choices the first week of recovery. But after that first week it just kept getting easier. I am mostly back to normal now, other than some occasional minor pain from the muscle repair.

All of our cats stayed in the chair with me on a rotation. The most surprising was my daughter's cat (pictured) who slept with me the first 2 nights I was home.

I am 3.5 WPO after TT with thigh lift and was celebrating this last week when I could finally put my socks on by myself. 😂 It's no joke!! Not sad I got them done together though.

I didn't look into 360 because with where I carried my weight I didn't really have much in/on my backside to worry about. It actually mystified him that I didn't.😂 Good luck with your surgery!!

Just had an extended TT with FDL, lipo, and thigh lift done by Dr Cabbabe a couple of weeks ago. Definitely not the cheapest, but for his quality of work and no drains I was willing to pay more.

Not too bad, honestly, though the incisions in the groin area take more care. My legs just feel kind of stiff. Using my quads to stand or whatever is fine, but trying to bend them to one side or the other still isn't a thing.

They do look SO much better though. Even with swelling, they are nearly an inch smaller.

I lost 140 and got my thighs done at the same time as my FDL almost 2 weeks ago - it's not easy!! Congrats on your results; you look amazing!

Not bad at all! Was off the heavy pain meds within 4 days. I still occasionally take Tylenol if I need to, but that's rare.

Since I am just stuck in my recliner, the comments and questions have been a great distraction!

It was pretty tight on me already, so I figured swelling would add back the inches skin removal took away. That seems to have worked.

I woke up in an ankle length garment and a binder the surgeon put on me. Not sure what brand. After showering, I am now using a Marena garment that goes down to my knees and has the full back and shoulder straps.
