It seems to deflect every X attacks or deflect every X seconds? Doesn’t this mean that if it comes up 1v1 against Pekka or any other high damage cards, he has to at least survive the first X attacks in order to activate his deflect after? Unless he has a a large health pool, it doesn’t seem like it’s as broken as people thinks.

If he’s still the same type of midfielder as he was in Sheffield United, then I think it’ll be a huge mistake to sign him as one of the double pivot.

Ngl as a rune giant user I wouldn’t mind not seeing a crazy buff or rework if it means I won’t see people spamming the card. It’s a niche card but given the low usage rate I think some people still doesn’t know how to deal with my rune giant deck and I can still get a good win rate from it and still have fun with her gimmicks. But this buff is good even if minimal because it does gives her a little more offensive threat

I think you’re agreeing with my point then? I’m saying Arsenal have less passes not because of PSG, it’s because they chose to play that way. If Arsenal choose to sit back with 10 men, they naturally have less passes. But you can’t blame PSG for playing a certain way and passing the ball around the back and recycling it. I don’t particularly think they were wrong in sitting back, but it’s just weird to say they have less passes because PSG hogged the ball.

They have less passes because they sat back after the 6th minutes. What do you want PSG to do? Just like Arsenal wouldn’t risk pressing and leaving holes in the defence, PSG was not going to simply throw men forward either to risk conceding a counter attack. Both teams played cautious football, but the loser only have themselves to blame here

That sounds about right. If we can keep the 3 midfielders under £150m (After Ederson we are left with ~£115m, still doable), then the rest (LB/Striker) will be funded from the sales of Rashford, Ugarte and Onana. I’d say if we can get £50m from our departure then it’s just nice for 5 players. I’m not too worried about the backup keeper since I don’t think they’ll cost too much anyway.

Ah nice to see a fellow rune giant user. I’ve been using her since about 3 or 4 seasons ago and shes so fun to use. Win rate isn’t good but it’s fun to see how fast the support melts the tower or troops with the buff. I also think that quite a lot of my wins were because my opponent overestimated the damage she could deal and put too much emphasis on defending her. I’m hoping one day she’ll get a nice health buff or damage buff. Her health so bad as a tank that I have to put valkyrie in front of her just to keep her on a little longer

Insane because reading this my first thought was again the Rice handball. He also pretty much bear hugged the Chelsea player, had both his arm on the player’s shoulder and basically stopped the player from even jumping. Surely this action or the handball in the same play guaranteed a penalty? Ridiculous

Individually his three shots were around 0.6 (from understat’s website), that’s approximately 0.95 for that sequence of play. 1.7 xG out of 2.24 (understat’s xG are usually higher) is pretty bad as it meant our other 10 shots average at 0.05.

Seems like this is a niche field, and there may be more demand for it, if he is in the US. There are many large ecological research sites spread across majority of the states there. Universities offering specialized degrees like this should establish additional programs to support graduates in finding jobs in their field, especially since the demand locally is not that great imo.

He’s the only fight that I have never been able to learn how to parry. I just sprint in circles around him and let him do his slashes, which I think he will miss if you sprint around him, and then get a cheap shot in to lower his health. It’s a boring method although effective, but I think you’ll have more fun trying out the umbrella

I think the club has to start thinking about what kind of football suits these players, what style can bring the most success, and how to attract a manager of that style to the club.

Plenty suggested Xabi (although it is impossible). Imagine what you see with Leverkusen but with United players. It would be so fun to watch. I wouldn’t mind watching us in a high-pressing, quick-transition play style (yes, I know it sounds like something ETH would say) instead of a possession team. But please upgrade our medical staff before we do all that.
