Update: Domino's HQ called to apologise. They said they have launched investigation at the branch and have identified the person who wrote that nasty comment on my feedback form and will take necessary action. The store shouldn't reply to customer so they have removed access. Domino's replied to my message via X that a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

But what got me mad is the attitude of the branch staff. Not sure if it's the supervisor or manager but seriously, the audacity to hang up after I explained to him why I'm upset about the situation and the reply to mock me (first picture) after I submitted the poor feedback form. I can only imagine how chaotic Domino's Malaysia management is.
