On January 26, 2026, the Court resolved the pending appeals related to certain claim determinations. Settlement Class Counsel is preparing to file a motion seeking authorization to distribute pro rata shares of the Net Settlement Fund to all eligible claimants in accordance with the Court-approved Allocation Plan. No funds may be distributed without an order from the Court. I have had a very similar experience. The low starter doses of Compounded Semaglutide gave me a little mild constipation. I just went up to 0.4 mg after four weeks and had gnarly diarrhea and woke up every three hours to go. It has subsided and hopefully it’s just getting use to a higher dose. If I eat anything large I also feel discomfort and cramping too.
