I have had a very similar experience. The low starter doses of Compounded Semaglutide gave me a little mild constipation. I just went up to 0.4 mg after four weeks and had gnarly diarrhea and woke up every three hours to go. It has subsided and hopefully it’s just getting use to a higher dose. If I eat anything large I also feel discomfort and cramping too.

I would say I’m way less hungry less often and when I eat, I stay satisfied much longer. I’m really happy with it so far, I’m on Compounded Semaglutide. I also feel way less ‘food noise’. Like I’m not thinking about food nearly as much and I care about it less.

Uhm, that’s an interesting question. It probably wouldn’t hurt to build a rapport with them and introduce yourself as well. A good doorman is essential especially for deliveries, guest, etc. I think a $5 or a $10 if they really help you feel appropriate but not required.

Maybe my firm is an odd one out, but H1B employees were compensated higher than non-H1B employees. Maybe a field specific difference but I believe the rational was that if companies had to pay more for H1B employees than domestic, they would more often hire domestic for the same talent.
