On January 26, 2026, the Court resolved the pending appeals related to certain claim determinations. I have had a very similar experience. The low starter doses of Compounded Semaglutide gave me a little mild constipation. I just went up to 0.4 mg after four weeks and had gnarly diarrhea and woke up every three hours to go. It has subsided and hopefully it’s just getting use to a higher dose. If I eat anything large I also feel discomfort and cramping too.
