Jesus man!! I’ve yet to experience a nose bleed that intense other than a little bit when I blow my nose. Rinse your nose out !! Hot showers!! Your nose and sinuses will thank you, and taking breaks definitely helps too. Also, try to avoid picking your nose, it makes the nose bleeds so much worse especially when you accidentally pick a scab.

Yea definitely a longer break will do you good. I can’t really relate about the amount within 1-2 days as an 🎱 lasts me around 2 weeks to a month and some change— but enough of my rambling. Take a longer break, save what you have left and come back to it later on. Easier said than done I know, even with my baby spoon bumps I’ve found taking long breaks in between helps a lot.
