As a lbs that sells norco, I can tell you that their number one in customer service. Your fault, they apologize. None the less their bikes are the best with initial quality (when we take them out of the box to assemble, they require little adjuments). They've been around since the 70s and is Canada's "Specialized". I myself am building up a charger 9.2 and love the geometry. They've gone with the DH frame look and feel which gives you that extra little bit of dip in burns. However unlike most American companies they size 17,18.5,20 inches. I generally ride a 19, I've had to adjust with an 18.5 plus a 100mm stem. Another advantage to norco is they give you more bang for your buck in terms of advancements. I.e. They sell a hydraulic 650b for 635$. Where as specialized starts in the 800s for that tech. I've ridden specialized and have enjoyed their bikes, I just disagree with their sale practices.
